The fear and understanding of the unknown.

I would absolutely do the opposite of what regular people would do.
What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?
I would try to get myself ahead of everyday bills and take a long awaited vacation with my Husband and 2 kids. It's been 20 years.... maybe upgrade my 2009 Volvo.
