Scary basements Difficulty calling for help or the police Uninhabited places Characters driving for hours Never making sure the killer is actually dead Opening cursed books or playing cursed games Moving into haunted houses Lack of cell signal Possessed toys Characters bypassing the front door to run up the stairs Ineffective or killed cops
