What draws you to the darkness?
I’ve have always been obsessed with horror movies and from a very young age I would sneak watch them every chance I got with my cousins. I watched Hitchcock’s The Birds and it rocked me as a kid. I was terrified of them and I still am but they also fascinate me. My first crush was Brandon Lee in The Crow. Therapists could have a field day with that level of masochism.
Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.
“I’ve been through Hell and back already, and I can sure as Hell make it to the end of anything life throws my way in the future”. - I love a good cliche, especially when it comes to horror tropes. I always joke that my life is like a sick dark comedy. I’m a Final Girl through and through. I want my daughter to look up to me and know that she’ll be a strong woman one day, too.
