Joshua Callender

I’ve always been a fan of horror movies. I wrote a horror story in High School English that scared my teacher and class.

What draws you to the darkness?

What draws me to the darkness is the fear and horror caused by today’s horror films. By today’s paranormal shows. The ability to feed off of people fears and insecurities. The thoughts of what people think they would do in a horror film or paranormal event versus what they’ll actually do. The joy and laughter I get from their panic.

Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.

I would make it to the end of a horror film because of my intelligence and out to the box thinking. Most people during a zombie event are going to go some place secluded, which is fine, but I’m going to lock down hospital to force people to barter to get the vital medication they need. I can also use my vast horror knowledge to survive.

What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?

I would pay off bills to help my wife and I get a house.
