What draws you to the darkness?

Besides the obvious fun of the scare, I appreciate how horror movies are often allegories for problems in the real world (zombies for commercialism, vampirism as disease, shapeshifting as puberty/ personal growth). Through the movies, we can come to terms with the problem/ darkness and find a catharsis on the other side.

Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.

The ability to think like the killer. Figuring them out allows me to get ahead of them and stop them. At least, evade them. I can also do the research to figure out the "why" of the killer, turning their origins against them like Ginny in the "Friday the 13th" series or Nancy in the "Nightmare on Elm Street" series.

What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?

I have a few other horror short films in the back of my mind, and $13k would go a long way toward making those dark fantasies come to life.
